Recruited in 1990, he played lower grades before making his first grade debut in Round 12 of the 1992 season versus Eastern Suburbs, starting in the front row. In total, he would make five appearances in his debut season, all starting in the forwards.
He was selected in the front row in the opening round of the 1993 season and returning for eight more appearances in the season second half of the season.
His solitary appearance in 1994 in Round 5 would be his final in first grade.
