St. Mary’s junior who was a member of the dominant Under 20s squad that won the premiership in 2015.
He went to the Wests Tigers in 2016, and returned to Penrith in 2017 where he played two seasons in the NSW Cup. After a stint in the third tier Ron Massey Cup for St. Mary’s, he once again returned to Penrith in 2021.
In 2022, he successfully completed a train and trial deal and was named in the 30 man NRL squad. He made his long awaited NRL debut at 26, coming off the bench in Round 7 versus Canberra at BlueBet Stadium. Within minutes of his run on, he had a try assist to his name. He would retain his spot the following week versus the Gold Coast Titans, and make two more NRL appearances later in the season.
He finished the season as a member of the victorious NSW Cup Premiership winning team, and starred the following week in the NRL State Club Championship win over Norths Devils.
He had also earlier in the season made his Test debut for Tonga and was named as a member of their World Cup squad.
With the departure of Apisai Koroisau, he will be competing alongside team mate Mitch Kenny for the first choice hooker role in 2023.
