St. George junior who made his debut for St. George in their final season as a stand alone club in 1998 before later playing for the joint venture St. George Illawarra. After stints at Parramatta in 2004 and with Leigh in the English Championship in 2005, he returned to Australia in 2006 and signed a one year contract with Penrith.
He made his club debut for the Panthers in the opening premiership round versus the Bulldogs, starting in the second row. Alternating between starting front rower and bench forward, he would play in all 24 matches that season, scoring the one try in the come from behind victory over Cronulla. His consistent form throughout the season was rewarded with him being named for the Prime Ministers 13 in the annual clash versus Papua New Guinea.
In 2007 he went to Cronulla and in 2008 returned to England to play for the Salford Reds in the Super League. In 2010, he returned to Australia, and signed for South Sydney, making just the three appearances before retiring.
Post career he has entered coaching and as of 2019 was head coach of the Warilla Gorillas in the Illawarra competition.
