Cambridge Park junior who made a rapid ascent through the lower grades, playing in Jersey Flegg and after a handful of appearances for the St. Mary’s-Penrith Cougars in the Premier League made a surprise NRL debut as a last minute replacement off the bench against the Bulldogs at Telstra Stadium.

He made one more appearance in 2004 coming off the bench again in the first week qualifying final victory over St. George Illawarra.

He was included in the NRL squad for the 2005 season but would start the season in the Premier League. Although his preferred position was in the second row, he made a number of starting appearances in the centres before suffering an injury in the Round 13 loss to the Eels. Soon after it was announced he would be departing Penrith at season’s end, signing with Cronulla for 2006.

After eight seasons at the Sharks, he went to Europe, playing for a number of teams in both the Super League and lower divisions.
