Debuting midway through the 1994 season, Gall would become a regular member of a Panthers team throughout the mid to late 1990s, alternating between lock and second row as well as coming off the bench.
He would leave the club at the end of the 1998 season, heading north to the Cowboys where he would play 12 matches in 1999 before returning to the Panthers for the 2000 season.
He would resume being a regular member of the Panthers forward pack, and earned his one and only representative appearance when named for City in 2001. He would make his 100th appearance for the Panthers in his final match in 2001.
A neck injury restricted him to just 5 appearances in 2002, before retiring at the end of that season.
