Recruited from the Souths Logan club in Brisbane, Bell made his first grade debut at the Panthers midway through the 2006.
He would play the large majority of his matches off the bench, but occasionally started either in the second or front row.
He would only score one try whilst at Penrith, and it was a memorable one, running almost 50 metres off a line break to score against the Bulldogs in 2008.
Bell would make his 100th appearance in his final season at the Panthers in 2011.
He would join the Wests Tigers, where he would play 32 matches across two seasons before returning to Queensland and playing out his career with the Burleigh Bears in the Queensland Cup.
